Yes, You Can! (Speak Italian)

In the hearth of the Baroque region of south eastern corner of Sicily at Ragusa Ibla, a small ancient town in the core of the Val di Noto, Unesco World Heritage site.

Ibla! *Italian-Language-School is inside the ancient noble palace of Arezzo di Donnafugata, close to the wonderful eighteenth century, tufa stone built church (“Duomo”) of San Giorgio.

Learning Italian in an unique location where architecture, beauty, tradition, lost scents, sounds and flavours still today cast you in a “fifty years ago atmosphere”, is the mission of the school.

Sicily is a magic land and Ibla, the old section of the town of Ragusa, where time seems to be stopped, gives you the most of it. In this quite place, far from the hassle of the town, all pedestrian, Ibla! *Italian-Language-School has a challenge to create a different school, with small classes based on the didactic methodology of a friendship relation between students and teacher.

All rooms are equipped with internet connection and air conditioned.

The School organises also trip (or special programs) to discover unknown places and old buildings with  ancient architecture, local food and culinary traditions of the Ragusa area, one of the most important dairy region of southern Italy as well as the real farming land of Sicily. Wines, milk, cheese, olive oil, vegetables, chocolate and many others products are among the most tasteful products of this land.

Seminars and movies are also used at Ibla! *Italian-Language-School for a better knowledge of about Italian culture, population and territory.
