Italian language, baroque atmosphere!

SICILIAN COOKERY PROGRAM

The Sicilian Cookery Program is a combination of a standard language course and a "hands on" introduction to the wonderful world of Sicilian cooking. You will make and consume a typical Sicilian and Ragusan menù.

This programme has been organised in conjunction with Cabibbo brothers who are chefs-owners of Il Barocco restaurant. If you wish, you can attend a wine testing with an expert sommelier. Having made this food you will than be able to eat it.

The Sicilian Cookery Programme lasts for one week, but this can be extended if desired. If you wish to pursue another or cultural course you only have to ask.

THE COST:
SICILIAN COOKERY PROGRAM "A": 330€* (20h Italian language standard course + 5h cookery lesson into 1 lesson)
SICILIAN COOKERY PROGRAM "B": 354€* (20h Italian language standard course + 6h cookery lesson into 2 lessons)
*The price will be discounted if there is a group of students
THE WINE TESTING (OPTIONAL): 20€ (taste of 4 types of wine with the sommelier)

NOTE:
-You can start this program as a normal language course in reference to the appropriate 2008 schedule.
-The cookery course "A" consists of 1 hour of theory and 4 hours of hands on experience.
-The cookery course "B" consists of 1 hour of theory and 5 hours of hands on experience.
- You will make and consume the food that will be served at the restaurant. There will be no charge for this. Water is included, but other drinks will have to be paid for.
- The wine testing could be conducted at the same time as dinner should this be desired
